Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled through our logistics partners. Here is how shipping, delivery, and logistics work on Sewead.

How We Ship

Sewead ships all orders through Delhivery or other supported logistics partners.

  • All shipments are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.
  • Seller pickup and buyer delivery details are shared with logistics partners strictly for fulfillment.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including pincode and active phone number.

  • Incorrect addresses may result in delivery failure, RTO, or additional charges.
  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Seller preparation time
  • Courier capacity and routing
  • Geographic location (metro vs. non-metro)
  • Weather, holidays, or force majeure
  • Failed delivery attempts requiring rescheduling

Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking information is updated in your Sewead app under order details after dispatch.
  • Tracking status may have a few hours delay before reflecting live movement.
  • Courier-reported “Delivered” status is the reference point for the dispute window.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
  • After exhausted attempts, the package may be returned to the seller (RTO).
  • In RTO scenarios, contact [email protected] regarding the applicable process.

In-Transit Cancellation

  • Cancellation after dispatch is not guaranteed and is handled case by case.
  • Logistics or RTO costs and payment processing charges may be deducted from refunds.
  • Pre-shipment cancellations are generally easier to process.

Serviceable Areas

Sewead currently ships within India. Some remote pincodes may not be serviceable or may have extended timelines. International shipping is not currently available.
