Terms of Service

Sewead is a creative commerce platform operated by ZYA, a sole proprietorship based in New Delhi, Delhi, India. Sewead is a brand of ZYA.

Sewead provides a platform for buyers, creators, and sellers to discover, list, buy, and transact unique products, bespoke items, and creative works. By creating an account or using any part of Sewead, you agree to these Terms of Service.

To use Sewead, you must:

• ▸Be at least 18 years of age.
• ▸Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• ▸Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• ▸Not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person or entity.
• ▸Notify Sewead immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Sewead reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used fraudulently, or involve prohibited activity.

Users may post content including inspirations, photos, comments, and other creative content on Sewead, subject to these terms.

• ▸You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant Sewead a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, host, and distribute your content for platform operations.
• ▸All content is subject to moderation. Sewead may review, restrict, or remove content that violates these terms.
• ▸You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

To sell on Sewead, you must complete seller registration on Sewead Studio and comply with verification requirements.

• ▸Sellers must provide accurate business information, including GST details where applicable, bank or payout account details, and pickup address.
• ▸Sellers may be required to submit a product verification video demonstrating the item before it is approved for listing.
• ▸Sewead reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any product listing at its discretion.
• ▸Providing false or fraudulent seller information is grounds for immediate suspension.

The following are strictly prohibited on Sewead:

• ▸Illegal goods, substances, or services
• ▸Counterfeit, fake, or trademark-infringing products
• ▸Adult, explicit, or pornographic content
• ▸Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• ▸Weapons, explosives, or dangerous goods
• ▸Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive product listings
• ▸Spam or platform manipulation

• ▸Custom order terms must be agreed between buyer and seller through the platform before the order is placed.
• ▸Bespoke items are generally non-returnable for change of mind. See the Refund and Dispute Policy for exceptions.
• ▸Sewead may mediate disputes where the final item materially differs from the agreed specification.

• ▸All payments are processed through Razorpay and are prepaid only. COD is not available.
• ▸Sewead does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials.
• ▸The creator/seller payout for each delivered order becomes eligible for processing only after a clean 7-calendar-day window has passed from that order's courier-reported delivery date.
• ▸A clean payout window means there is no open buyer dispute, refund request, return or RTO issue, chargeback, fraud or risk review, policy violation, or compliance hold connected to that order.
• ▸Once a delivered order is eligible, Sewead processes the payout for that order on an order-by-order basis after Sewead commission, payment gateway charges, shipping or RTO charges, refunds, tax withholding, and other applicable deductions. Actual bank-credit timelines may depend on Razorpay, banking partners, account verification, and payout-account accuracy.
• ▸Sewead may withhold, delay, adjust, or reverse the affected order's creator/seller payout for longer where a dispute, refund review, chargeback, suspected fraud, incorrect payout details, legal or compliance issue, or platform-policy investigation is pending.
• ▸Sewead may provide invoice generation tools, transaction records, tax invoices, bills of supply, credit notes, or payout records depending on the order type, seller details, and applicable law.

The Sewead name, logo, design, software, and all platform content created by Sewead/ZYA are the intellectual property of ZYA. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

• ▸Sewead is provided on an “as available” basis with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.
• ▸Sewead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• ▸Total liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.

Sewead may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
